This lesson shows you how driver paperwork moves through the system. By the end you can collect, package, and send a driver's file to a carrier.

Uploading documents

Each driver record holds their documents — CDL, medical card, and the rest. Upload them to the record as you collect them so the file builds in one place.

Viewing and downloading

Open any single document to view or download it. Use this to check a CDL or med card before you send a driver forward.

The complete file package

When a file is clean and complete, download the ZIP — it bundles the whole document package in one file, ready to send to the carrier.

Application PDF and SOQ

The system generates the driver's Application PDF and a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from the record. These are the formal documents a carrier expects.

vCard

Send a vCard to hand off a driver's contact details cleanly to a carrier or to your own phone.

What protects you

Check each document opens and is readable before you package the ZIP. A carrier that opens a blank or wrong file loses confidence fast.
